One of the most challenging aspect of discussing those negative features of Islam that presents a challenge to the world is developing language that is simple to understand. Two points raised by Mr. Pipes in this article demonstrate how effective Mr. Pipes is in this regard. (1) That Islamism is comparable to Communism and Facism and (2) one cannot criticize Islam without putting his or her life at risk.
