Gaza inhabitants are pawns, used to get financial assistance from the USA!

Reader comment on item: Reflections on Current Hamas-Israel Hostilities

Submitted by Laurence (United States), Nov 20, 2012 at 01:19

Hamas has fired missiles into Israel daily and since the reelection of Obama has increased the number of missiles. Is it possible that Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood which is in bed with Hamas, encouraged the incident because they are afraid to lose 1.3 billion in American "assistance" and offered to "broker" a truce, which could go into effect without assistance from Egypt if Hamas just stopped firing missiles into Israel, so Egypt can say to the USA "look what we did to keep the peace and we deserve assistance". and surely the Muslim sympathizer in the White House will go to Congress and push for the USA to assist Egypt as well as Gaza. Egypt nor Hamas in Gaza could care less about the Gaza inhabitants who are used as pawns to receive "assistance" which goes into the pocket of the government leadership!
