Palestinians are not that rational

Reader comment on item: The Palestinian Economy in Shambles

For Arabs, the Palestinians definitely are "skilled" people. However, they are not "dignified" and they are not rational, and I think Dr. Pipes knows that as well as I.

Daniel's asocietal "rational actor" analysis is worthy of Ron Paul's inability to acknowledge that Moslems themselves are disproportionately our enemies and should be treated very "carefully" as to immigration, naturalization, and visas.

The same corruption, lack of laws, and the debilitating effects of Islam that make them a failed state will almost certainly keep them a failed state, as they continue out-breeding Israelis until a day a few decades hence when they are the majority no matter how you draw Israel's borders.

I agree with Daniel that we should not give aid to the Fatah PA and certainly not a Hamas regime, but I don't agree with his otherwise optimism and I question if he really believes it.
