I have no like for Dhabah. And yes she was not clear but she is very correct the "root word" of intifada is: NFD and then we have the stem yantafid (he shakes off, tantafid f, yantafidu p) and intifada to shake off and, muntafid or he who shakes off. No I don't ot have any difficulty with what she said.

And yes the word al-muntasir means he who is victorious and the root word is NSR.

And by the way her English is more than perfect.
