There will always be lonely individuals lacking in self esteem searching for something to grasp hold of which will make them feel wanted and give them some form of identity. At present due to the friction between Muslims and Westerners being spread throughout the worlds media. Islam is the attractive item. If Hindu's were in the same limelight the very same Westerners seeking attention would have become Hindu's then commited attrocities in the name of Hinduisim. It is easy to blame life's misfortunes on your Country, Religion, Politicians etc so a way out is identify yourself with the opposite because they are being attacked by the very same purportrators of your own downfall.

If you are serious about converting to another religion because you believe in it's ideology and you are level headed, there is no way that you would seriously consider becoming or helping terrorists, unless forced into it, and in that case. I am sure one would begin to doubt whether one has chosen the right company to associate with.

There will always be gullible weak minded people, easily manipulated by the lunatic fringe. What better way to keep people apart than form diferent religions. There will always be murders, wars, crimes against humanity as there has since man inhabited the earth. Not long ago it was the Communist who were the Evil Empire now it's the Muslims next it will be fly fishermen.Good people and bad people are the same the world over and so it goes on until we destroy ourselves.
