Fundraising for the Enemy with a gun to his head

Mueller is another example of the bureaucratic system that renewed Atta's visa after 9/11. They won't admit a mistake and change to the right direction. What value is there in being an ally of the US when petro-dollars override humanitarian and democratic principles in our policies. We not only don't stand up for other democracies being murdered by dictatorships, we don't even stand up for our own citizens lives. I have to wonder about what really is motivating this, is there a secret "gun" to the head of our leaders, or are they just stupid?
