Americans are embracing Islam because they are educated? That is so hilariously wrong!
Science casts doubt on religion in general let alone a religion as backward as Islam. Basic psychology shows that there's nothing in a marriage to a Muslim man for a woman. Beatings, being of less worth to a human being who's only difference to you is a chromosone, having no rights? What educated man or woman would believe such things are right? Science also pins Mohammed as an epileptic.

Also, most of the converts in America are converting to Nation of Islam, which is radically different from the general Sects of Islam (Sunni, Shi'a etc.). The Nation sect is so radically different in fact, that it has teachings which involve Jesus being reborn each generation. Sounds hippie-ish and New Age to me. And please pay attention to the mathematics behind Islam growing so much - having four wives creates many kids. It's not like the women are allowed to object to sex anyway, and with most Muslims being as poor as they are, and ignorant about sexual matters, condoms are a) out of reach b) frowned upon... how Catholic of you guys.

Islam attracts men... men who are power hungry and want an outlet for violence. Then women who are seduced by them, have to convert to be with them. Your poisonous spread has little to do with god or anything spiritual... it has to do with manipulation. It's almost impressive how Mohammed and his friends worked it out, and how the Iranian imams fine tuned with the Hadith- 250 years later, still claiming it to be the words of the prophet! Incredible how so many of my people, the Arabs, could have believed any of it.

Any educated person can see that the Quran and Hadith are twisted around by all of you, to mean what you feel like it should mean. And you all talk about how Islam is all about peace... but that certainly isn't what the West sees. And that's not what I see in my home country- and I've spent plenty of time there. Basically, Islam is peaceful only when everyone in the room is Muslim so to speak.

Educated people can see Islam is exclusive. I have to laugh sometimes at Western converts struggling to understand the Quran. This religion was created by Arabs for Arabs... why, because Allah forgot to consider how the world would be like hundreds of years after Mohammed, I guess. Now there are Muslims trying to read the Quran and have no idea what their religion talks about. Better that way I guess... or they'd have such a new perspective on how much Arabs hate non-Arabs. I'm especially amazed at how the Southern African countries have embraced Islam. Back home most black Muslims are a dinner-table joke. It was the Arabs who rounded them up and sent them off to the Slave coast. And don't try and protest and say Christian Arabs were involved in it too. Perhaps a few, to be fair... but the rest were imprisoned or in hiding- from you.

I could say a lot more but when it comes to religious conflicts of all kinds, a lot is said but little accomplished.
