Misquoting and misunderstanding Quranic verses?

Reader comment on item: [The American Muslim Council:] 'Mainstream' Muslims?
in response to reader comment: Is this true, does anyone have a copy of Quaran to confirm this?

hi,

well i am not surprised that anti muslims have the habit to misquote and misunderstand the quranic verses...

1) you said quran says severe punishment to unbelievers... well will you agree that criminals like rapist, drug suppliers and terrorist should be given death punishment?

if you say no then better you dont read ahead..

if yes ,then as per commonsense; unbelievers that is not believing in Allah and rejecting his commandmends are like people who divide communities by making their own religion and own laws and and make them fight .for e.g hindus made their own religion , jews do not follow commandments, christians made changes in GODs law and give rise to communalism..

also in bible also it is written non christians will go to hell, jews also believe non jews will go to hell..

so whats new you are reading all religion says that...

The religion you follow even that religion says the same thing so when you criticse Islam and Quran that menas you have having double standard...

and person who hide the truth and do not accept the truth even they will go to hell...
