The partition was made in 1922. A Jewish state west of the Jordan, an Arab state Est of the jordan.

If this partition is illegal or unacceptable then all ohter partitions of the ME made at that time are just as illegal and unacceptable. The partition of the Land of Israel from Lebanon, the partition of Jordan from Syria, the partition of syria from Iraq. the partition of Kuwait from Iraq, the partion of Alsace from Germany, the partion of the Sudetten from Germany etc... ad infinitum.

If Palestinian aspiration for a state are legitimate, then Chechen aspiration to part ways from Moscow are legitimate, Quebec from Canada, Basque-land from spain, Catalan from spain, Wales from the UK, and the Indians need to give up on the trinkets they got for Manhattan and get it back, ploughed, with all the trees replantedm and the beavers reinstalled. Did we say all the Europeans should go back to Europe and the Africans to Africa? Oh, I forgot to mention, the Palestinians whose king is unknown, their langiage unheard of, their culture suicide and their history a complete make-up-as-you-go must go back to the Hijjazz.

Alternatively they can be settled in Jordan which is 4 times larger then Israel, and make peace with their Jewish neighbors across the Rift.

That is the only solution to the Jewish Arab conflict. All partitions of the Holy Land have consistently failed for the last 85 years.
