El Azhar of Egypt decided the all non moslems deserve to be killed

In a book approved by El Azhar, The bigest Islamic institution in the whole Islamic world, the author gave ruling based on Koran that all the non moslems in the whole world deserve to be killed.

The government of Egypt did not do any thing about this because it agrees with what came in the book.
