This is an act of aggression toward the United States and the Constitution. The Koran is a strange and alien book to the vast majority of Americans. A hostile and violent manual for permawar and subjugation. It is no different than a Nazi swearing in on Mien Kampf or a communist on Das Kapital.
The point is, the oath is a deception, a lie and a fraud. No Muslim can swear to preserve protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies, when Muslims by definition have alliegence to the "Umma", the world wide Islamic movement. The Nation State is the antithesis of the Muslim worldview. This is yet another attack on the notion of Constitutional governemnt. The academics and politicians, liberals and socialists, Islamists, Muslims, and Jihadists, must see this as a huge victory.
The dhimmicrats that elected this guy must be feeling quite smug. The damage is somewhat contained. This guy is not a "Real" Muslim, he's some sort of Louie Farakan nut job that the Dhimmicrats see as their appeasement token. There will be a Islamic caucus, an Islamic bloc, legislation to include Islam as a "Civil Rights" issue.
