suprise surprise: allowed to suspend basic principles of Islamic theologyReader comment on item: Talking Freely about the Enemy Submitted by myth (Germany), Jan 21, 2010 at 13:49 Sani, this is one of most fascinating posts I have read here in a while. I understand that Khomeini from a standpoint of common sense concedes that the principles of islamic theory are imperfect. By introducing the word "secondary" he has a foot in the door. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate. For complete regulations, see the "Guidelines for Reader Comments". Comment on this item
