This applies to Iraqis, does it not?
OK, so the US may have to help give the Iraqi people a chance to "institute new government" - Saddam's bad government is much worst and much more invasive than George III's ever was. With the right support and some sharing of over 200 years of field experience in applying democracy, the people of Iraq just might be able to prove the underlyng principles behind of the United States of America correct, yet again.
