The land had been donated to the Tablighi's. It had been on sale for many years because of its geological problems. No matter how much you put into it, the land would swallow it up. After it had been donated to the Tablighi's following prayers from the Elders and Scholars, they bought in surveyors who were surprised to find out that the land would be able to support large structures. Its a well known fact not reported by the media. If you do not beleieve me look into the history of the land and its problems.
