Hi David:

I do not know how good is your Arabic but you can pick up Dawood's translation of the Qur'an which is very good and look up the verses that pertaIn to Jesus.

The Qur'an says that:

1. Allah is Makkar (he is a deceiver).

2. Because Allah is makkar he lifts Jesus to heaven _before_ he dies on the cross and replaces him with another man.

3. Those watching the crucifiction are deceived by Allah the makkar and they believe that Jesus died and then we have the strange thing that Allah replaced Jesus with someone else because Allah is "makkar."

The poor Islamic theology here is saying that Jesus did not die on the cross or even died period., and the only being that does not die is: God.

Therefore Jesus as per Abul Qasim's aka Muhammad poor theology is indeed God or God incarnate.

If you need any help please let me know as the only way to defeat Islam will be in the market place of ideas.

And no I'm not Muslim or an Arab for this matter. The 9/11 atrocity was the driving force for me to learn about Islam and from what I know now Islam can defeated Insha'al-Rabb.
