catholic dhimmitude?

As in the 1840 Damascus blood-libel, is it possible that De Paul, a catholic University is right up the Dhimmitude alley?

Or is it simply the intimidation inherent to Islamic tactics everywhere, which centain denominations are more likely to submit to than others?
