i feel sorry for the horror you and your family went through. you should have reported to the police and sent family to Goa or any other place in India for safety. you should not have taken this lying down. I pray for your family. People from India (whether christians or hindus or sikhs) do not maintain their common community ties. it doesnt have to be ghettoised, but its really important for hundred other reasons including safety. i hope all is well for your family.
