In Britain immigrants weren't forced to accomodate to local customs and were supported to keep their habits. Thus muslim Pakistani and Bangladeshi communities in Britain preserves habits 40 or 50 years old and live in a kind of shelve. Even in Pakistan people modernized in some ways more than some communities here in Britain. But common, if you come to foreign country do you expect everyone should accommodate to you? I think the policy should be changed and not support segregation from other society.
