Religious correctnessReader comment on item: [London Airline] Plans Destroyed Submitted by Terry (European Union), Nov 16, 2006 at 19:12 The article so cogently identifying the problem as one of religion is correct as far as it goes. It omits one very important point however. Jews, historically have never sought to dominate others. Only in recent times has the state of Israel and its citizens resorted to force. Understandable when you have countless millions of Arabs/Muslims commited to the eradication of Israel, which most of them do not even recognise. The Christians have had their day in terms of torture, in a bid to eradicate the dreaded Jew. Since then, we have 'grown up' politically and religiously speaking. The Muslim world however has not so grown. Their roots are still with Mohammed, arguably a paedophile, and certainly not peace loving. The original idea of spreading Islam by the sword is still there. Only the method has altered. No longer strong enough to destroy Israel, and certainly no match for the west in terms of military might. The suicide bomber, and general terrorism is the order of the day. If all this means profiling, and restriction on travel, especially air travel on those Muslims who do not espouse terrorism, then that is unfortunate for them. the blame lies squarely on their Jihadist brothers and sisters who do espouse terrorism. Are all Muslims terrorists? No. they are not. Are all terrorists Muslim, in the present world, it seems so.
