immigration

I must be slow but it has just dawned on me why countries such as the usa and uk turn a blind eye to illegal immigration. It has nothing to with rascism or a multi -cultural society,but everything to do with cheap labour and bumping up profits.They dont care where they are from, what colour they are or their religous beliefs as long as they keep their heads down and work for less than the minimum wage.
