MAD makes sense

Working and living in Tehran in the last years of the Shah gave me a lot of opportunity to learn, as least from the viewpoint of every Iranian I ever got to know, how every political action in their country was part of some foreign power's plan. As someone on this list has already said, let history happen to them. MAD is the answer.
