How do you follow your own suggestion

Sati was prevalent in INDIA(HINDUSTAN) in medeival times, its been dead for almost two centuries now. I dont know why your'e raking up this non -issue to justify the status of women(now-not in medieval times) in ISLAM.

HInduism had great reforms like rajaram mohanroy, swami dayan and saraswati in 19th century who fought against the evils in hindu religion.I am proud to say my reiligion is progressive religion changing with times. The scholars( not everybody is bramhan...only the educated and enlightened soul is) you quote in your reply to me belong to medieval times...not some mullahs issueing fatwahs against everbody and everything now a days.

So, take it easy dont try to justify the something not justifiable using history of another religion, if you can try to change or bring change in your faith.
