U got it all wrong Mr.Taimur, because Its the ISLAMIC rule for more than 1000 years by moghals where hindu's treated as dhimmis(tax to grow hair JIZIYA,destruction of thousands of hindu holy places whose material used to build masjid on top of them) made the hindu follow islamic system like Purdha etc.

If u go to places In INDIA which were not under the influence of islamic invaders u can see what really HINDUISM is.
The muslims even after living for amost 500 years in hyderabad in India, can't speak the local language, don't follow the local customs, they live in ghettos, the dont allow the hindus to move in to these ghettos or kick them or scare them (usual tactic is kill them, kidnap their women etc) out.

Its the islamic influence and rule that destroyed a great hindu civilization. What is the contribution muslim rulers after ruling the hindustan for more than 1000 years...nothing...nada..
