Reader comment on item: Pretending There's a Country Called "Palestine"
in response to reader comment: Sesame Street Fundraising for 'Palestine'

Dear Ed S:

A lie, told millions of times, is STILL a lie.

We have to, an ongoing basis, express how outrageous is when a country that does NOT exist, is considered legitimate as any other country.

So if "palestine" all of a sudden exists, what its president, what kind of government it has, what's the system, what the history of the previous PM and presidents? these are basic questions that these young minds should be asked before they assume that a country exists.

What's the ethnicity, based upon what their economy is established, what's the currency and how it is related to other nation's currency (the ration)?

So, if this young mind thinks that this thing "Palestine" exists, he/she has 2 alternatives: Answer with precision to all this questions, or check by himself that Palestine is Israel, NOT Israel or part of Israel is palestine.

A lie, told millions of times, is STILL a lie.
