Why Are Muslim Arabs surprised by attacks?

excerpt the article:
A third cried out, "Oh my God, oh my God. Is it possible that Arabs are killing Arabs, Muslims killing Muslims?"

Why is this person surprised. Muslims kill other muslims all the time-- by encouraging suicide bombings! Or does this person not believe brainwashing arab children to murder jews and blow themselves up in the process not count as Arabs murdering other Arabs.

Gimme a break.
