When reading this article it reminded me of two things. First of all the tv that was titled, "America's stupidest criminals", and what one American soldier told a tv reporter not that long after Baghdad fell.

The soldier said that the dumb terrorists are easy to get, the smarter ones are harder to get.

So, we see another exhibit of, the more things change, the more they remain the same.
