to make such a comment when you have no knowledge of 'Sultan' or of what threatens him if he were to speak out is upseting. may i ask you, if you presumingly had a family, with a son, wife, and daughter in who you loved so much, would you be willing to give up the safety of your own innocent family for the sake of expressing your opinion? and if these are extremist, then who's to say they wont see other 'moderate' muslims as traitors of there faith for speaking out? and if being extremist and terrorists who's to stop them using violence against 'sultan'? how foolish would it be to die leaving your own children vunreable, or do you expect them to speak out too? if you say he is a part of that cause for not speaking out-
the equivalent for you expressing the injustice in that cause would to bring your family to the place of extremist, scream at them how wrong they are- and if they are so radical;-yes your life will be at risk and so will be your family, and there danger would be your cause. jesus states that when you are judged, infront of the lord, - 'when i was hungry did you feed me? when i was sick did you nurture me? when i was thirsty did you bring water to me? so, you being a catholic, shouldnt you have given up all you have, gone to africa or the places where the poor dwell, and devote yourself to helping them?
- the reason i doubt you haven't, is because, like presumingly of people of any religion, we will follow it up to a point,
- you should be following yours, not deciding it for others...
