Because according to them, the wealth should be shared. That's why zakat was created as one of the 5 pilars of Islam. Also, it's their duty to spread Islam, regardless of how they manage to do it, lying is completely allowed and permisible in Islam through all the Islamic scriptures for these mentioned purposes.

Hence, the can't feel remorse for stealing and deceiving for their gain. By settling in Western countries and marrying Western women, they will be spreading their religion as well as improving their social condition. The hit 2 birds with one stone. More Muslim kids born. It's just a matter of time and maths.

Think wisely, women out there. With whom you're having kids matters more than you could imagine.
