need we be so pessimistic?

The piece is a bit depressing and makes a strong argument that the vocal minority (Islamists) has got a perverse kind of control over us. With the blogosphere and e-mail chains that have developed in the past 5-10 years, couldn't we be sending equally vocal messages of support to these companies to combat the CAIRs? We could monitor the CAIR and friends websites', see who (the companies) they are complaining about and then execute a letter/e-mail campaign of our own to counter theirs? I would suggest that it is all a matter of counting up the for and against letters.

Couldn't this work?
