Reader comment on item: CAIR Founded by "Islamic Terrorists"?
in response to reader comment: It is Truce & Not Dhimmitude

Submitted by No Dhimmi (United States), Aug 8, 2005 at 23:43

Dear Ilaila,

You said,

"Dhimmitude was the second self-choice of the second option, whereby non-muslims chose by their free will to be administered by the Islamic State. As the Zakat tax did not apply to the non-muslims, so a Dhimi Tax was applicable to them to fund the costs of administration & taking care of their poor. This has been amalgamated in value added tax & social security tax now."

The jizya that as collected was not to be used to help dhimmis. In fact, it is Islamic law that the monies go to the State and not to help dhimmis. Please refer to "Reliance on the Traveller" for confirmation. If you don't have a copy, I do and would be happy to site the specific wording.

"Truce was the first self-choice of the second option, to regulate the rights & maintain peace, & cordial relationship. This is the most applicable now after the formation of the UN which regulates the world rights & relations globally."

Again, this is incorrect. Truces were used to enable muslims to regroup and become stronger. It was not to maintain peace and a cordial relationship. As Mohammad himself said, "War is deception." Mohammed and his contemporaries used it to buy time to when they could become strong enough to attack. This strategy was use with the Qurazya Jews. Please refer to Islamic law and the Qur'an.

"This was to when Muslims to deliver God's Aproved Message of the Path-to-His-Paradise to the humanity at large, had first to liberate people from oppression & tyranny of the local rulers who considered themselves as local gods, the opposing army refused the delivery of God's Message of Peace & Eternal Bliss to the people under its control & chose the 3rd & last option, the last resort allowed by God, of dual by sword to determine the outcome of the contest."

What you are talking about is religious colonialism to gain wealth and territory. In addition, the Christians, Jews, and Zorastrians were doing just fine RELIGIOUSLY without Mohammed and his message.

As for oppression and tyranny, the Qur'an orders that "People of the Book" should be made to feel humiliated and subdued by paying the jizya. It is nothing but hypocrisy to say you are "liberating people from oppression & tyrrany" and then relegate them to second-class citizens as dhimmis.

So, either accept our religion or we will invade, kill, and enslave you. Where do you get peace and bliss from this? Threatening to invade and commit crimes against humanity does not facilitate such things. Can you not see how inherently wrong this is?

"The wise ones chose the first option provided by God to join his Islam & join the group to His Paradise. Those who were not blessed with foresight, chose other options depending upon the type of their personalities. Some were not convinced of the truth & some were shortsighted - they did not think beyond today to tomorrow, some had other ulterior motives or reasons."

First, there is no guarantee that if you are a muslim that you will enter heaven. The Qur'an itself states that Allah has destined some for heaven and others for hell. Basically, it is a gamble.

This is nothing but Religious Colonialsim. The muslim world objects to and condemns the history of colonialsim in their region but cannot see it's own. You are blinded by your own religion to the truth. Stating that Allah commanded it is not a legitimate reason. It is nothing but human aggression to seize and control people and resources.
