Hello Daniel,

Thanks for your enlightening insights. Maybe me and you need to get together to write an article I've titled above as: How Terrorists Could Use the California Values Act to Evade Detection. If this guy could have gotten into this country illegaly and would have been arrested today in California, thanks to the California Values Act he would have easily evaded detection. The California Values Act I feel is nothing short of an open act of insurrection by the California state gov't and legislature.against the United States. We must take action. Hopefully, the judicial process will bring about an end to this act of insurrection.
