The only thing I would add to this excellent piece is that the time at which this Islamist was activated--Jan-Feb of 2004--coincides with the time during which, according to Debka.com and author Paul Williams, al Qaeda transferred approximately 2/3 of its sleeper-terrorists who were previously inside the US into the Iraqi theater.
