To my astonishment, the agent did not demand to see the niqabi's face…

An involuntary shiver ran down my spine at the thought that a man, a terrorist, could be behind the niqab.This is a security risk, Dr. Pipes. I do not want to wake up one day and be so startled, froze, mouth open, eyes glazed, mind blank, that a terrorist, wearing a niqab, has hijacked a plane or bombed a plane at the airport. We have to be proactive, not reactive ...
