Oh my goodness, Lulu...Reader comment on item: Advice to Non-Muslim Women against Marrying Muslim Men Submitted by sue (United States), Feb 20, 2014 at 01:37 you have just opened yourself up for intense criticism regarding your posting. Get ready for it b/c I fear for you that you will get much more than you bargained for. I would personally caution you about a business for him. If you said that it was a business that you both would be invested in -- both time-wise and financially, then if it succeeds or fails you will both share the outcome. However, if you hand over business ownership to him, that would definitely not be prudent in the situation regardless of who he is. You need to have some vested history together. I would suggest that you open the business in your name and let him work and earn a salary; build some business experience together. And if you plan to marry, be sure you put this into a prenuptial. Look into what a prenuptial might be called in Egypt if you plan to go to Cairo and marry him there there at the embassy so that you can get the ball rollling for him to come to the U.S. To be perfectly honest, my number one recommendation would be to go to Egypt to meet him and spend some time with him before you agree to go through with marriage. I know you will ultimately do what you want, but I am making these suggestions so that you can have a little more scrutiny about the fellow. Good luck with that and the incoming blog messages!
