Reader comment on item: Egypt's Sham Election

Submitted by NuritG (United States), Dec 6, 2011 at 23:07

Egypt's sham election was brought upon buy the same people who protested for freedom, thus wanted Mubarak out. Perhaps the people in Egypt do not understand what freedom and democracy is all about because going to the polls and voting for the Moslem Brotherhood has put all those who were seeking freedom from an autocrat in the hands of the collective autocracy of Islam, which will be worse. The people of Egypt voted against themselves.
