There is a very good use of Cyprus

There are plenty of hotheads in Turkey like say the Kurds. My guess is that Turks could ask these Kurds like say PKK to move into areas such as Greek Cyprus and Israel proper to settle those lands and extend Kurdish sovereignity over those areas.

Keeping your antagonists out of your homeland is a long traditional way and this is the way the British monarch of the day helped built colonies like the US and Australia with political opponents in the first place and criminals in the second. Turkey should adopt the same appraoch here also.
