Will this mean more bloodshed or less?

With Arafat dead, what will that mean for the future of Palestinian lives? Will they suddenly wake up to the fact they've been lied to (unlikely), or will they choose a young, even more bitter liar/fighter?

With the Catholic church also probably soon to choose a new leader, the next year or two could prove very interesting in the Middle East.
