The Money that Arafat Stole

The money that Arafat stole – according to recent reports – is approximately US$6 Billion! This is an outrageous sum of money! I would think that this is just so much money that there would be no place to hide it!

There's no lawful basis for punishing his family, unless individual family members can be shown to be directly involved. However, the stolen money is simply not lawfully theirs to inherit! The money should be traced and recovered. If there's no responsible party who can claim rightful ownership to the money, it should be held in escrow and/or used to compensate the innocent victims of terror.
