total submissionReader comment on item: Obama and Israel, Into the Abyss Submitted by pdm (United States), Jul 24, 2009 at 09:45 "What sense does it make to pressure the side that is flexible rather than the side that remain intransigent?" Ahhh, but you see, the goal (can you say bonus!) of the 'negotiator' is a resolution. Which party capitulates is irrelevant. So the easy way out (and bureaucrats luv the easy way out) is to pressure the party willing to make concessions. Since Israel continues to make concessions, it is only natural that the 'other' party will hold fast. A correct solution is not the goal - only one that is agreeable to all parties involved. Islam being the bullying, aggresive cult that it is will only continue to press the submissive Christians and Jews. Being the meek that we are, we will allow the bully to win and smile - knowing we will be happy in heaven. While the rest of us here on earth become islamized.
