Military Graffiti

An example of what everyone expected after Reagan was elected but not yet sworn in is some graffiti that I saw when I was stationed in Rota Spain. "What is green and glows in the dark? Tehran on January 21st" Sometimes the exact nature of retaliation is not as important as its certainty
