Reader comment on item: Harold Koh, Promoter of Shari'a?

Submitted by Pisgah1975 (United States), Apr 2, 2009 at 15:09

There is no one more qualified to be legal advisor to the State Department than Harold Koh. The allegations about Sharia law are totally baseless, and Harold does not want to subject American courts to some kind of international supervision. This is all utterly ridiculous. Harold has always supported the U.S. Constitution as the supreme law of the land- and has a far better record of defending the Constitution than the torture-promoters and torture-enablers of the previous administration.
