Koh's Dangerous Nomination

Koh's nomination is consistent with President Obama's radical reinterpretation of the US Constitution as a document that requires updating for our perilous times.

However, Koh's views are consistent with other judicial activists who are attempting to change the face of America.

It is tragic that only a single Republican vote will ensure this horrifying nomination's ratification.
