I really enjoyed this article. As an observant Muslim woman, this was a refreshing read and shed much needed light on the shared aspects of the two faiths that have today, sadly, come to loggerheads with each other.

I love the ending statement: indeed, we would need to throw our whole religion out of the window in order to be one with the rest of the world. Which will not be happening any time soon. It is a ... on the part of the Jews who have pretty much given up their entire faith in favour of worldly pleasure, power and convenience. Why should we follow their ... example? They do not set our standards for us, and nor do the Christians, or any other religious group for that matter. We will do that ourselves, thank you.
