Reader comment on item: The Jewish-Muslim Connection: Traditional Ways of Life

Submitted by Imran Al Murray (Netherlands), Mar 27, 2004 at 09:42

The task of sincere Jews and Muslims who possess a conscience and common sense is to wage a joint struggle against racism and those who engage in it, to help one another and to act in a spirit of unity and cooperation. Instead of killing each other.. That unity must rest on our monotheistic principles of love, respect, tolerance, understanding, harmony and cooperation. We must bear in mind the urgency of the situation certainly in Europe. The fascist 'National Alliance' in France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria stressed clearly the difference between themselves and "Semitic beliefs" in their political lecture.
