Unfair bias

I am in a medical residency program in Canada where the majority of my colleagues and my program director are muslim. There is so much bias in this program in favor of arabs, including anti-Israel comments made by my program director.

I think Canada's system sucks. Many of these candidates come from Muslim countries and inside themselves really dislike North America, have no appreciation for the standards and norms here, are not interested in teaching, and could care less about this country.
