Dear Dr Pipes, I am pleased to read your article
"Critiquing professors is more revolutionary that it may sound (..)
Who would judge them? Students suppress their views to protect their careers; peers are reluctant to criticize each other (...) As a result, academics have long enjoyed a unique lack of accountability."
and in an article published to day you refer to " the fact that professors enjoy the unusual privilege of going through their careers without facing criticism."
This comment is based on the reflections of your father Richard Pipes, in his autobiography.
Campus Watch is a great idea. But what is the impact of Campus Watch ? TREMENDOUS, I can see . . .
I am curious about the reaction to Campus Watch because we in France have the same problem and they are some academics who want just that. You are not the only person who has problem with leftist academics . It is hard to judge them . They have alienated many people.
I am thinking the leftist profesors are afraid of you now :
"The infamous Campus Watch which was founded by "Islamophobe Daniel Pipes"
"Witch hunt" ,
"black list".
Campus Watch can ruin their reputation, eventually remove them from their positions in some of the most prestigious universities in America.
Campus Watch is entirely successful. Congratulations ! Well done.
Thank you very much, Dr Pipes ! Thank you for this article and all the others.
