MEMRI does a remarkable job of exposing Arab Islamists. Campus Watch has ensured that there is a watch dog that in the minimum watches Islamist charlatanism in campuses.
What is still missing is focus on the other two islamist flanks - the center one - the most important one - South Asian Islamism and the South East AsianOne.
We need organisation/s that focus on Islamism in Indian Subcontinent - that watches with eagle eyes and exposes globally the activities of Key Madrasas such as Deoband, Milli Council and Urdu/Pashtu/Bengali media such as the Jang (largest circulated daily in Pakistan).
Voice of India and associated individuals(Late Ram Swarup, Late Sitaram Goel, Late Girilal Jain, Koenraad Elst, David Frawley, and Arun Shourie) were the only people who fought this long and hard battle for a time.
However India's Congress governments led by Nehru and his leftism ensured that Islamism remained respectable despite causing so much obviously visible trauma to non-Muslims.
Fight against Islamism is much tougher than World War II. US is the only real hope for success against Islamism. US will do well to invest time and efforts to monitor and influence Islamism in South and South East Asia. Mere associations with leaders of islamist nations, and the belief that this will ensure safety is wrong approach and will not acheive desired results.
