Finding a templar knightReader comment on item: Knights Templar Trial Records Made Public – After Seven Centuries Submitted by Ivan woodberry (United States), Aug 12, 2008 at 07:18 I have found this article very interesting and have added it to my favourite place for further reading, the reason I am posting this comment is to see if any one can help me find a templar knight, not much to go on sorry but I hope some one might hit a cord. Information I got: Name: Jean-Paul ????? Place of birth: Cluny, France. Died in battle at Hattin on July 4th 1187 Age: in mid thirties I know this is not much to go on but would like to try any thing to find out who is knight was. I thank-you for your time on this matter. I send you peace and well being. Ivan. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
