However there are many who believe that the St. Clair's took the Templar remnants to Scotland and built the Roslyn Temple. I am not speaking about the Brown Book and Tom Hanks dramatization. The Sinclairs (as the St. Clair name was shortened) became and held for many many decades the wealth and titles from the Templars and even some to the nascent Masonic orders originating in Scotland.
