Islam means submission (not peace).

Islam's so-called peace is a result of the fear which islam instils through its intimidations and the opportunism which it seduces to through its bribery. Submission means mental slavery (not peace). Mental slavery is incompatible with honesty, human dignity, human rights, human freedoms and independent thinking.

The more islam becomes powerful the more do human beings living under it become dishonest, intolerant, closed-minded and backward-oriented.

Mustafa Kemal Pasha said many ugly things about Mohammad, arabs amd islam. But the turks did make use of islam and muslims for their turkish ethno-fascism and turkish chauvinism and to carry out slow or fast genocides against non-turks (armenians, greeks, assyrians, kurds etc.).

The present day turkish republic is a result of the deeds of the turks who invaded Anatolia 1000 years ago and slowly strangulated and exterminated the original non-turkish and non-muslim inhabitants of Anatolia. A slow genocide can go unnoticed.

It is typical of fascists that they allow only one controlled and doctored version of history to be taught to their children. Ms. Muftuoglu is a typical product of such an indoctrination. May she have the courage and the honesty and the opportunity to read the non-turkish and non-muslim versions of history also. Turks living in Anatolia must take to the path of honesty and not to the path of ethno-fascism.
